I’m an artist with a voice inside myself that I can’t contain. My greatest inspiration of self-expression is the exploration of the human spirit and how we relate to each other individually and as a society.

My current work is focused on expanding my stylized work into full color. Currently I paint in acrylics on a variety of substrates. Most of my paintings begin with abstracted play of colors and contrast, but more often than not faces and figures emerge and the emotions behind the abstract become concrete and literal.

My art education started as a child. My parents saw my “talent” and interest in art and put me in many private classes outside of the usual art classes in primary school. After high school I attended Nicolet College where I took ALL the art classes offered. Later I continued my education in Graphic Design and Illustration at Madison Technical College. After graduating with my degree, I worked for over a decade in Graphic Design with a packaging company. Over the years, I have continued my studies in my spare time through books, online art classes and tutorials.
